I got my eyebrow software upgraded and the service guy said he also upgrade "15 modules" for me....and why my Voice Activation is not working? anyone know how I can use voice activation?

That sounds odd. stupid question, but did you use voice activation before the software update? Assuming you did, it sounds like the software update is the somehow 'incomplete'. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will provide more information. My car is going in for a brake fluid flush and eyebrow software update on the 22nd, I would hate to lose voice activiation after getting the angel eyes activated.

When they do an update, especially to the CCC they are supposed to put a dvd in the drive during the update with special activation codes for voice control. The dealer probably forgot to do this during the update. If you take it back they should enable it for free.
