Voice Command Interfering with Sound System

Voice Command button were working ok till now, but today, all of a sudden it strated having issues.
I tried to press the voice command button and it disabled all the speakers in the car and they never came back. After I restarted the car, speakers were working fine, but then I again pressed the voice command button, all speakers quit working? I have never noticed this before.

Any thoughts? or resolution.

I have, 04 545i, build date May 04 (based on TCU) with navigation, Logic 7 Surround System, sports etc.

Usually when system was waiting for a response, there would be a voice command logo at left bottom of the screen, but somehow it has also disappeared. It was odd and I have never noticed this before.

I will try the cancel command and see if this works
