An expression of disagreement, even harsh, certainly falls short of the definition of flaming (esp. when discussed with roadfly in the sentence).
Pardon my attitude, but I was trying to clarify what you had said because it wasn't clear. I stated that it was not the BMW voice activation system (not that you said it was, exactly)
What it is, exactly, from the sounds of what you describe, that the Bluetooth telephone kit ALSO has voice activation (such as the installed Parrot3000 or in-lighter Bluedrive have VA - given that, I wonder exactly how BMW has managed to integrate the BT VA with the other VA ... and further wonder if issues like that are the reason that (until recently, anyway) the Pro SatNav option was not available with the BT (since the Pro SatNav inc. the full option VR and forcefeedback iDrive knobbie).
I should, however, aplogise for characterising your message as a whine. That was not required.
