Take it to someone who knows what they are doing with balancing. I made the mistake of using tire kingdom. They balanced brand new cont's three times at one shop and twice at another. Still road like a dump truck! Caled conti and complained. They suggested another small private shop. Took car there and they did a great job. No more balance problems. Hub centric and making sure the wheels are put on correctly. Hopefully you weren't wasting your time and money on children who work in most of the chain tire shops.

haha I know what you mean. That's why i went to the second place, they have a good reputation here in Miami, they were recommended by my indi mech. The guy looked like he knew what he was doing and swore it was the cheap Achilles tires..

OK what the hell, as I was coming home from work today, the right side tire/rim was making a noise as if I was going over the lane changing reflectors! It only makes the noise on speeds 40mph+ and the faster i go the worst it gets.. any idea here ???

don't forget the control arm bushings that go out around 50k miles. I had the same issue and it turned out both sides were leaking. changed them, and the vibration went away.
