hi guys...

i was wondering if anyone experienced this....

i have an 05 e60 545i sport package M5 OEM 166 wheels and recently when i launch or take off hard i feel a vibration under my seat that almost feels like something is rubbing. It feels as though the car wants to break loose but just cant.....traction light doesnt come on so i know im not slipping. I also notice that it happens right around the 2k-4k rpm mark.....

If anyone experience ed this any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Do you feel anything in the steering wheel or at high speeds?

bad wheel bearing or ball joint? Bad wheel balance? that's a hard one to troubleshoot because you have to dial in on the issue. I don't think it's anything mechanican as this point. How many miles do you have? I was thinking of the Guibo Flex disc which is attached to the driveshaft .... its like a thrust-arm bushing but for the driveshaft with 8 bolts...but the symptoms don't match up.

It's got 90k on it.... It doesn't feel like it in the wheels or ball joints.... It feels like it's part of the drive shaft..... It started happening right after I did a resonator delete and a magnaflow exhaust

failing/collapsing transmission mount could also contribute to that vibration.
