My car is an 04 with 64k on it, and I don't have that problem... I'd definitely be ALL over that dealership...

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that if you let the dealership get away with leaving your seat the way those pictures show....it's YOUR fault. I don't know you or your personality, but you bet your a$$...if I that was MY seat, it WOULD get fixed. There is absolutely NO leg for them to stand on concerning not fixing it...what could they possibly say? If they say "yeah, we think it looks bad too, but that's how it's made". Then you say "show me a new one that looks this way".
