I mean, honestly... If they don't find the fault, it doesn't automatically mean it isn't there. By not fixing it with this explanation they tell you, that you are a lier!

i couldn't agree with you more. but what can i do ? even if i take it back there every week, they'll tell me the same thing !

It's a shame and really too bad they are the only dealership in HI.

Can't you just be persistent and visit every week. I mean, they're only human and I'm sure they'll figure out that if they don't move their fat lazy asses, they'll never get a week's worth of peace and quiet. They should update it by the 3rd week of consecutive pestering behaviour. If you visit them enough in the future, the moment they see you, it might be automatic then and they'll update your iDrive for free!

Just an idea.

that will be time consuming and waste too much energy . even worse is if they want to play games, they can tell you the same thing over and over and over again, "no faults found" !
