my car is in next week to have one of the PDC sensors replaced as it was logging a fault.

I mentioned the slight throttle delay that some members have reported and they said they had just received the new v13 software so that is getting updated to my car next week.

will report back when it done anything new / odd that happens once i'm on v13

 

I have a software problem that happens each time when I start the car. I get no display of the audio function down in the lower corner- where it normally shows the exact FM, AM station being played, or CD and track being played.

It only show that info if I change from one mode (like FM to AM change) to another in audio. Then it begins to display the station frequency/station and audio mode.

Does anyone else have that software problem? and do you know what version it is associated with?

Well got my car bacvk from the dealers , expecting version 13 to be loaded , only to be informed they have benn told not to load it as it kills Logic 7, i-drive and still does not fix any bugs. I have to wait for 13.1 to fix them. These bl**dy software testers are f*king sh*te - Rant over.

They at least program folding wing mirrors on locking the car.

 

Those programmer must be outsourced for cheap labor

 

It seems like v.13 is not available in the US either, I just got back from the dealer, they updated my software with v12.?
No more radio station tags (I believe its called RDS)

 

Forgive my ignorance, but I haven't really had any problems with anything but when and how should I know if I need software upgrades? Is it free? I took possesion of my car approx. mid-June '04. (How again do I determine what software version I have....VIN #? ...ask dealer? Thanks.
