Well, finally got the car back today.
I haven't had enough time with the car to check all the updates, but my SA stated that they installed version 19. The service slip itself lists version 19 as the installed CIP.

Here's what I've noticed (keep in mind that the last CIP was 12.xx):

- Navigation icons on the left side of the map.
- Perspective view for map.
- LED amber lights (in headlight assembly) stay on when switched to 'Parking light' and 'Headlight' position.
- Active Steering feels tighter, more responsive.
- Steering wheel position is right on the center when driving a straight line (as if the car had steering alignment done).
- Address and phone book was wiped clean. LOL! No big deal.

That's all I had a chance to notice for now, but you read correctly...I was coming from version 12.xx!! I never had the CIP updated since I purchased the car because I never really had any issues with it.

Took three days for them to update the CIP. This is just lame, lame, lame.
Otherwise, I am happy that my car is back home and everything seems to be working as they should.
