ventilated seats retrofit?

when ordering my car, the dealer said ventilated seats were not availalble.... found out later they were.... I saw them listed as a retrofit option in some bmw accessory catalog... any ideas on the cost?

$5k per seat + $1k in misc parts and harness +$ 4k in labor (unless you want to give it a crack)
