Variations of grey interior color?

I have a silver grey/ grey interior 545 on order. When I ordered the car I thought the interior color was a light grey and saw it on a car at that time. I thought it looked great. I was at a dealer this evening and I saw a 5 with grey interior that looked much darker. Has anyone noticed any variations of this color?

It may have been the lighting...daylight vs showroom MR-16s. Or a same grey interior can look lighter with a lighter exterior and darker in a car with a darker exterior paint color...just play of light.

Looking through the tinted windows in sunlight makes the black interior look dark grey. Open the door and surprise.... its black.

My Ride: 2005 545i SMG. Titanium Grey with Grey interior and Anthracite wood.

I ordered my 545 with the grey interior. It looks just like I thought it would. I am very pleased.

What color dash did you get, Poplar, Maple, Aluminum?

I got the Poplar. I think the reason the grey looked dark was due to the lighting at the dealer last night. Thanks
