the attorney i dated (remember the one i made reference to about me not dating forever, that was her, haha) drove an altima.

the only thing i miss about her was the heated constitutional law arguments. she kept me on my toes.... a lot of the women i date couldnt have a good discussion about anything more complex then shapes and colors.
My wife (also an attorney) always keep me on my toes. In fact, I never ever win an argument with her.

I will admit that most of my colleagues drove the most crappy cars. One of my law partners who is much more financial successful than I am (he's got more of his own clients) is the only other BMW driver in the office and he's got a 335. The former managing partner has a MB E350. I've got the nicest car in my office which is scary. If I ever do step up to the M5 my colleagues will think that I am more nuts than they already do on the topic of cars.

Back on topic, the OP needs to sue that lying sack of sh*t garage.

A lot of attorneys drive crappy cars. I think it is genetic or something.

Well, in her defense she also has a Toyota MR2 Spyder and a 69 Camaro SS (wedding gift from her hubby) - still don't understand the Kia though

I love muscle cars and my wife and I regularly watch the Barrett-Jackson and Mecham auto auctions on TV. The 69 Camaro SS sounds great. But I would love a 1969 Camaro ZL1 as a second car: http://musclecars.howstuffworks.com/classi...-camaro-zl1.htm

Yeah, when they got married her hubby got himself a 68 Firebird (455 under the hood) and her a 69 Camaro SS (396 here). Still couldn't see giving up my 5er for one though, maybe at the same time? If you like muscle you'd love my dad's collection:
70 Hemi Cuda
70 Daytona Roadrunner
59 Corvette
52 300 SL - Gullwing
32 Caddy - V16
65 GTO
There's a few more too

Those bastards. F em. Time to sue! I would send the company a demand letter, with copies of your picture recounting the incident in full and the representations of their manager. I would tell them that if they do not make payment in full within 5 days you will: (1) sue them in small claims court; (2) file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; and (3) file a complaint with the city and state Department of Consumer Protection.

I love making SOBs pay for their wrongful conduct. It's very cathartic.

Now get to work and make em pay!!
please do help him though, because this situation is ridiculous. He waits 7 weeks for the rims and they get scratched by some careless valet? That's BS, they need to fix it.

Oh geez. A Hemi Cuda. A Daytona Roadrunner. A Gullwing

I gotta stop this defense law crap and become a plaintiffs' lawyer.

I've given him my playbook. Now he needs to execute.

Now that's sounds like fun. Until the OP is caught and arrested. He sure does have motive which such make him pretty easy to catch as the perp.

But it sure would be fun.
