Keep fighting, if you had perfect rims when you went there and they are not perfect now they should do the honorable thing and take responsibility. Their screw up, not yours. Did you take pics of the original damage?

Then definitely make them pay for and address their mistake. Simple business law, if you turn over possession of your property to an employee they are responsible for damage regardless of their policy.

where is the line drawn though... i bought a PS3 3 months ago and i dont want it anymore. but best buys return policy is 30 days...
