As a way of reducing premiums, several comprehensive policies dont cover 'acts of god' and natural disasters.
A huge tree coming down on your car
A flash flood
An Earthquake

Makes sense if the probability of one in the area is low (flash flood in Dubai, erm, unlikely so why have it covered!).
But a flash flood from torrential rain in Bangladesh is not exactly unexpected.

Nope, the insurance company saying this happened because of ignorance and also natural disaster was not covered with this cars policy
