My Ride: On order: 2007 550i, silver gray, black leather, anth. maple trim, active cruise, heated steering wheel, sport, night vision, vent seats, heat rears, active steering, rear air bags, folding seats, comfort access, navigation , HUD, black head liner, steptronic, premium sound, sirius and HD radio.
I have searched but could not find anyhting on this. My car is at Bobby Rahal BMW in Pittsburgh, PA for a software uprgade. I have a 2005 545i. The dealer called and said that after the upgrade I lost Assist and Bluetooth. They were able to initialize Assist but are not able to get bluetooth working. Has anyone heard of this before? Did your dealer have a similar problem when going to 17.xx? If so what dealer was it and how did they end up fixing it? Thanks
It sounds like they screwed up the load. It probably failed part way through and they didn't see the error message or the tech ignored it. They should start it over. Sometimes it takes multiple runs at it. Mine took three to get 16.3 installed.
