My Ride: 2009 550i sports, Nav, logic Best E60 yet
2004 545i, sports pkg, logic 7 steptronic, rear shade, orient blue with beige interior, blue tooth enabled Razer Phone. 2004 X5 3.0, sports pkg, stepronic, summer pkg. imola red.
2006 Mini Cooper S, manual, sports, prem pkg, nav and kitchen sink.
I've had my car for 18 months, driven over 22,000 miles and I just cannot find a comfortable seat position.
I'm 5'9" and way 175lbs and I find myself changing seat positions everyday which is crazy, my X5 has sport seats and they are the most comfortable seats I have ever had in a car.
My car is leased with another year + to go but I'm already thinking about trading it in, why drive such an expensive car and not be comfortable?
Sure the car has some issues, 3rd set of tires, window creeks, etc. but the car is still fantastic, except for the sport seats.
Anybody else feel this strongly or am I just nuts?

You're not nuts. I tried the sport seats along side comfort seats.. NO COMPARISON! Sport seats aren't as cushy as the comfort seats and do not have the adjustments. Definitely worth the extra $$.

I'm very disappointed too. I had sport seats on my e46 and they were great.

Thanks alot, where were you when I got the car? Just kidding, but it makes sense that BMW is 86ing the current sport seats for 2007, I have not tried comfort seats as yet but I might if I decide on a new 550.
