I guess it's a hit and miss. More miss.....I personally Received great communication and got my bumper in a week.
Small company I'm sure, we are spoiled by giant corporations that get our stuff out the same day almost and have advanced systems to notify us of set backs. Ask for a refund and go elsewhere if you aren't happy.

Not gonna lie. Im a bit nervous reading this, when I just ordered bumper, lip and side skirts from them last week. Was supposed to have shipped out yesterday from Cali all the way to RI. I shall keep this thread alive if things go poorly. Person I spoke with on phone was very nice, and seemed very knowledgable.

But yes since the world has moved online, we our very spoiled by billion dollar companies. Umnitza could be very small. Not that that's an excuse for poor customer service.

When I bought my wheels last year, Avante Garde is 100% the worst company I've ever dealt with.. Total bone heads.. Everyone of them.. If Umnitza exceeds them I think I'm selling my car. lol

I was considering buying a set of their M4 wheels, when I get to that point, but I think I will look elsewhere. This is not the first thread I have read about them and their poor customer support and lengthy shipping times.
