UK Postcodes on Navigation

Am I right in thinking that Nav disc 2005-1 only has 5 characters postcodes whereas 2005-2 has the full postcodes?

If I am, is a new disc about ?100?

Not sure about the price, but my 2005-2 ProNav only has the first number of the second part of the UK postcode.
