Turbo sounds like a siren

Hi Guys
Just changed the turbo of my E60 530d and i can hear a siren noise when revved.
It screams like a police siren at 2000rpm for a few seconds.
Its not your usual whistle.
I think i have a leak somewhere. Can anyone tell me how to find this leak?
It's really loud in the morning on my way to work but calms down after 15 minutes but still intrusive and loud.
