Looks like a truck or suv reversed too quickly? parallel parking? just reversing? heres pics

its dented in by the door /sill? when the door's closed you can fit ur hand thru the dented in part and touch the inside of the door

some scratches along the doors and theres one of the door handle and side mirror

so insurance? will cover? and if i bring it into a bmw dealer to get repaired does that mean I get a bmw loaner? Thanks ! This sh!t right after I replaced my windshield lol

Same thing happened to me with my last car. My next door neighbor backed right into my car. His insurance covered everything including my rental for 3 weeks.

So...The trucks insurance should be paying for it. As far as a loaner...his insurance may cover it, if not yours would if you have the rental option on your coverage. You probably would not go to a dealership since most use "recommended" body shops. Just go to a body shop that your dealer recommends. That's what I did. They should take care of the rest with insurance. Good luck with that.

P.S. obviously this may be different where you live since insurance laws are different from state to state.

Sorry nyceric03, this sucks. What's it a hit-n-run? I hope everything works out with insurance and repair. GL

I'm taking it as this a was basically a hit and run??

In that case your insurance will cover it. If you have rental coverage in your insurance policy your fine. The dealership chances are will not give you a free loaner for body work. Though some smaller shops do have free rental cars.

Is there any cameras around were you where parked?

P.S.: I had some A-hole do the same thing to my Lexus in a Walmart parking lot. Just took off and left no note or anything. Caused about $3500 in damage when it was all said and done. Plus a solid 10 days at the body shop.

yup it was a hit and run I left the car happy and turned around to look at it then came back and was crushed lol hmm well damn I was really hoping for a BMW loaner (thats why I wondered if it should be done at a bmw dealership) But if I recall isn't it possible to get it done at a bmw dealer and get a loaner? Preferabley a 335 coupe or a 650 coupe

Missed the hit and run part. Sorry, that sucks. Maybe in your area a dealer will give you a loaner and they send it out to thier body shop. I know up here around RI/Mass you wouldn't get one. Good luck!
