Default BMW e60 Inpa active steering codes

So recently my bmw 525i the steering light came on, also the idrive system has a pass. restraint system code. I scanned the car with inpa. I scanned active front steeringoption in inpa. Inpa found 5 codes and the codes are 6145 none monitor the total relationship

614a engine position angle not initialized

ce93 message(steering wheel angle top, id=0c8) initialization phase

ce99 message (steering angle angle top, id=0c8) from s2L f-can

6140 redundancy comparison driver steering angle top

any ideas on how to fix this?

Try to initialize by turning wheel all the way side to side, let car go to sleep and see if codes come back,(delete existing codes first)

Either with INPA or DIS you can do some stuff to try like initialize and or correct steering angle sensor
I have done mine with DIS but depending on what version of INPA you have you can do some of then with INPA as well.
IIRC there are some YouTube vids out there to guide you along.

EDITED
You can also disconnect battery for a while and see if steering comes back normal.

I posted a YouTube Here:

And here’s the PDF of my screenshots I used, cannot guarantee it’s all on the right sequence.
Sorry can’t upload it right now, will try tomorrow,

Edited:
Motopokep, I sent you a private msg.

The link below if it works for you contains the DIS5.7 screenshots of the process I followed to fix mine some time ago.
