Super glue has many uses - but only a few actually "stick" to some of the plastics used in cars. Look specifically for one of those. I have used a "super glue" with a name like "Future ____ _____ something or other" It seems to work on interior and under-hood plastics just fine. Found it in a general hardware department of a chain store. In the past it came in handy for on-the-road, temporary, repairs of cooling system plastics parts (Just not those under a lot of pressure). Always kept it in my tool kit of my high mileage Audi's and BMWs.
