Tranmsssion was replaced and I got it back last Friday - runs fine now.

I sent my car for software upgrade mid september, i was informed that 19.1 is the version that is installed in the car.
since then, i am experiencing transmition slams sometimes especially when i shift from N to D i feel like the car is ushed forward if i dont have my foot on the brakes.
why i feel that this car is so high tech that the dealer is unable to solve all the issues at once
