I will have a look on alibaba for the sump and sealing sleeve
I am having great trouble finding transmission fluid here but was told that Pentosin ATF1 is okay
It is available here

reason i say to just fill the fluid to the right level is, cause if you still have problems with the trans, then you may want to change the solenoids and the sealing ring between valve body and case, while you have the pan off.
what problems is the trans having now?

if i were you, i would just fill up the trans to the proper level of fluid first. see if that solves the problems it has. cause changing the filter/pan will not make it run better.
reason i say to just fill the fluid to the right level is, cause if you still have problems with the trans, then you may want to change the solenoids and the sealing ring between valve body and case, while you have the pan off.

now it is just in safe mode
I was like it when i got it
There is no noises and it shifts into reverse no problems
The previous owner said it started leaking and then about a month later the transmission wasnt changing smooth (fluid still leaking)and then it went into safemode
Do you think I should remove the pan and see if there is any metal in the bottom first or just fill it up?
I look forward to hearing from you

There is no noises and it shifts into reverse no problems
The previous owner said it started leaking and then about a month later the transmission wasnt changing smooth (fluid still leaking)and then it went into safemode

and is the trans is safe mode right away after you start the car?

Yes its in safe mode from the second I start the car
but no noises groans vibrations nothing
i have ordered the fluid and I am crossing my fingers
