Trade in value for 550i to 2007-8 M3

Hi guys I'm new to this type of stuff so I would like your help. I have a fully loaded 2006 550i with mtech kit, I have 70,000 miles. I was thinking about trading in for an M3, mileage dosent matter to me. How much can I look forward to paying for the m3 after trading in?

My Ride: 2006 BMW M5
as the 2006 M5 with similar mileage as yours is about $33K to $37K so your 550i might be about 21K-26K.
