TPM sensors required if put 19 or 20 aftermarket wheels?

Yes, they go inside the rim.

i've got an 08 535i as well, and i bought an extra set of 4 TPM sensors to put inside the rim (thanks to Garry at Newport BMW). what do u guys recommend for attaching the TPM sensors to the rims? adhesive, steel flex band, etc...?

if you valve stem holes is big enough, you don't need any adhesive/steel strap, etc. the sensor sits on the inside of the rim and it's attached thru a nut through the valve stem. if your valve stem hole is small, you can go to tirerack to purchase a 8mm valve stem kit for the sensors (the OEM is 11mm). i highly recommend against adhesive/steel strap since it's not as secured...

how do you reset it so the stupid light goes away i have an o5 545
