Looks just like my car and saw it in NYC this weekend as I was driving by. What on earth happened here? R.I.P..

This is pretty weird...I saw this car on the news...I live in the tri-state area and saw this beauty couple weeks back...The story was it ran straight into a tractortrailer...I dont quite remember why or how although i remember seeing it jammed straight into the trailer...I think it held up pretty well...The driver made it out alive...

always was thinking getting a cabrio e60 or chop it..

no sorry but happy the driver has no serious injuries, poor him always look infront of you and in the mirrors damn.. :'( HUD is also good for keeping your concentration just on the road.

That can happen to you if you are a right lane passer - aren't we all? Especially with the aggressive right lane passes where you make three quick downshifts from 6th at 60 mph and hit it in the right lane while aiming for an ever decreasing gap between the lead poke and a tractor trailer. Drivers beware. :'(

Yeah, that damned near happened to me a few weeks back. Some jackass in a big slow truck with his 4-way flashers on changed into my center lane from the right lane and I barely had time to swerve left. I was going a bit too fast and won't be doing that again. Too many idiots and crazies.
