Changing the camber will ruin your handling. You may as well get a Camry. Just slow down in the wet. Every car has to go slower that way. As for turning, these cars understeer so you should have your foot lightly on the accelerator. Braking leads to more understeer. At the limit, too much throttle will make you go wide, but too little can cause understeer too.

Yes, I am fully aware of the handling characterisics that could be affected, but this was not my question. I was mainly asking about tire wear and would it even out. As far as handling goes, I'm not so sure if I personally would detect the handling difference since I do not track the car and I do not drive like a wild manic on the streets, so there would be no need for me to have my foot lightly on the accelerator or providing too much throttle and going wide... Maybe if I were tracking the car.

^ I think the range specs is -1.3 to -2.0 for the rears per the printout I get subsequent to an alignment job. I normally ask to adjust it to -1.3 in hopes of wearing out the tires a little more evenly. I really can't tell the reduced handling when the camber goes from -2.0 to -1.3. But, that's just me and others may have a different opinion. Thus, I just ask for the least negative camber. They however would not go any lower than -1.3. I assume it could be a liability issue(?) for them.

Update: to reply those who judged on my driving style, I got alignment, and after he adjusted the rear camber (or I think), the front tires got the landholding back. Not as good as two months ago, but much better than before alignment.
In addition, I kinda have the feeling that the problem is heading back to us. Maybe I should ask him to adjust more than he did....
Didn't get the alignment analysis printed out...so stupid!
