Would a set of 245/50 18's fit on the stock 545 sport 18 rims? I know the rims are staggered but i'm looking to put a srt of snows on them. Thanks in advance guys.

My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed
they would take out your rolling radius and circumference, hence making your speedo inaccurate and i weren't too confident on handling issues, too. Especially with a staggered wheel setup.
They would mechanically fit, but I would definitely advise against it.

I would not think so ... those tires are almost 2 inches bigger in diameter than stock (25.7" vs 27.6").
I put snow tires on my staggered sport rims too: 245/40 front and 255/40 rear. Works out fine for the fitment.

I agree that 245/5R18 would be too tall. I would also advise against it. Here's a good tire calculator to show the height difference.
