There's no set pressure! I've got 19" on my 5er and I still put in 36! BMW usually recommend 32 but I think it's more responsive - the tires - with higher pressure! But, again, you're compromising ride quality but... I like it! It's down to personal preference!
+1. Buy a good tire gauge and see what works out best for you. Maybe start with one of the recommendations here and then change it to suit your driving style and needs.
