I had a single door ding PDR'd for $100. It cost extra due to the fact that it was on a crease line on the door panel and he had to fix that line as well. He did a great job. The guy was Jeff from Beach Cities PDR. He also did a few car projects on the show "Overhaulin" and is seen on a few episodes.

where i am i can't find pdr for $60 per car, $60 per panel, OR $60 per ding. oddly there don't seem to be many pdr places around here, and the ones that are are way more expensive. best deal i ever got was $50 per ding -- but that was 10 years ago. anyone knows anyone near philly let me know

i've seen other videos on youtube that say that does not work. but of couse, who knows. there are lots of variables i would think.

i have considered buying a kit like this
Amazon Amazon
and diy-ing it. my sense is that with a little practice and some patience pdr is something that you could probably diy and get decent results. HOWEVER, my guess is that to get truly professional results you really need to find someone who does it full time. but again, who knows. interestingly, it seems like the pdr people are really tight-lipped about their trade.
