Default Timing Cover Gasket Torque Specs

Recently fell victim to the dreaded alternator seal leak on my 2005 545i after 125k miles. Decided to change the water pump and thermostat (still had original). Finished replacing the alternator seal and noticed leaks around the upper timing chain cover. Went ahead and replaced the gaskets on both sides, but I have a few questions.

What are the torque specs for the valve cover gaskets, upper timing chain cover gasket, and water pump?

I am trying to find this also. I do not want to buy Bentley manual just to get the torque specs. And I think that proper torque is important properly installing these gasket to prevent leaks again
Someone please post it in in-lb
Beamed, did you change the alternator bracket gasket yourself? Was it hard? And what would be your advice

Is there any marking on those bolts. How do I know what size I am dealing with?
Are there three defferent size bolts used to secure valve caver, I though they are all the same?
