Same here. No key, control doesn't work, but we can still lock with key. I usually put the key back in and do a short lament fo the old feature. I am sure the old feature lost out to safety concerns.

When I forget about it I use the key function to close it. Usually that happens to me when the sunroof is tilt up. Key works fine, though.

I have had the car a little over 4 months now. I basically enjoy driving it and am happy with it. However there are these three little buggers that keep occurring. 1) The key removal chime goes off on a random bases when the drivers door is opened after the key has been removed. Pulling the key straight out towards the passenger side seems to prevent it from occurring but not always. Sometimes it will chime two times, sometimes once. With the mechanic in the car it wouldn't occur once! 2) The passenger airbag off light in the overhead won't go out for 113 lb. wife until we have driven for awhile. Sometimes it comes back on after it finally does go out. The dealer says the system is working correctly. If I seat in the passenger seat, 213 lbs, it goes out immediately. 3) The steering wheel will forget its preset position and go to the lowest position on a random bases at startup. This is not a big deal but annoying.

Anyone else experiencing these little buggers?
I too have all the same issues.

BTW should you not be able to close the sunroof and windows when using the remote to lock the doors and arm the alarm?

Thanks for all the replies. Maybe version 12 will provide a fix!

It all depends on the specs of your car. It cannot be done if you have US Specs.

On German spec cars you hold the lock button and all windows and the sunroof are closing AND the alarm is armed. When you then press again, the alarm sensor for the interior gets switched off (if you leave your dog in the car).
