Thought I fixed the oil leaks

My Ride: 95 M3 CAI, chipped, pulleys, Xbrace, doesn't give headaches every time I start up!
04 545i all the goodies INCLUDING HEADACHES!
How many places can the V8 leak oil. I replaced the VC gaskets, timing cover gaskets, gasket behind the alternator bracket, oil pressure switch o-ring and the damn car is still leaking oil BAD on the drivers side
Spent almost 2 grand this POS in only the 1st month. Does anyone know if I have any recourse against the used car dealer that I purchased from? It's a well known high end new car dealer. The oil leak was obvious looking under the car in their "so called" multi point inspection.
