I've been drooling over the new 911 Carrera S or Carrera 4S myself. I vote for Carrera 4S convertible Is 4wd worth the extra money in southern california? so many expensive options for Porsche.

After going through MB hell myelf, ANYTHING other than MB. Porsche, even (gasp) Audi is better. Arrrgh! Hell a CTS-V is preferable. Or 300 SRT-8 for that matter. Don't do it. You will be sorry. After all the repairs and 3 or 4 sets of tires, you will be kicking yourself.
I really do appreciate the input. I have four months to make up my mind. I'm going to test drive the 6 as well as the 3 coupe and maybe even the jag just for the hell of it. The porshe 911 does sound like fun, but with a 3 year old and wife, I need some sort of a back seat no matter how small. I even thought about buying my present car out (only $27K end of lease), but the $4200 to extend maintanence and warranty seems a little high.

You like the E60 and just want to change to something different because you allways did so and you like variety?

If you like it: KEEP IT!

I dont know but the rear of the 6 is hard to swallow. The front is okay..it is just the rear. I can not learn to like it.

Is that what you guys feel about 'the in law' oh well..i will stay single then!

Nice looking car, but too much of a Toyota Avalon in it. I just don't see MB in MB anymore.
How about M Coupe? Too small?
