Default Think i finally broke my transmission.

Frist off i dont have DIS, been trying to find it to buy but couldn't (at least not from a sketchy site) so my 04 530i just had a 100k birthday, i was out having fun on some twisting turns and was in manual mode (automatic trans) and somthing was in the road almost all the way across (big branch and i was doing like 60 around this tight turn and it was right there) i had to get hard enough on the brakes to have antilock kick in and i was downshifting pretty hard and fast. Since then the transmission shows no codes at all in ista d or inpa. (Ista d isnt working to good right now) but still no codes and in inpa i monitor the trans and everything is in the green on the bars. But it shifts very hard into 2nd 3rd and 4th, then in 6th it slips. Also now it doesnt detect ds mode and more. When i flip the shift lever into DS mode the dash still says that it is in D not DS. Ideas? Is it dead or could new lifegurad fluid, and new bridge seal and maybe those 4 tube seals. I did do new siloneods about 15k ago and those 4 rubber pieces but bought generic off amazon. Made sure i did it step by step even added that sponge separator before tightening the siloneods down. At a lose i want to go 6speed but the trans themselves are 3k. Not to mention the pedal lines, slave cyclender and clutch fulid mount and container.

Ideas to try?

It wouldn't hurt to maybe change out the fluid and the filter. While everything is off then inspect the mechatronics, etc.
