I had mine replaced a while back. I'll check them soon. I have to take the car in for the CA emmisions recall.

Mine are broken or cracked as well, but what's the harm. I do expect to have them fixed during my oil change, but for now, the lights work just fine.
They look like they are used to fix the headlight position after set-up so that the lights remain positioned properly. Might be a problem if they are broken. Mine are still good I checked on the weekend.
