Don't meed a lift or mechanic to put some tape on the windshield.

Sorry, I was referring to the brake duct suggestion.

Mine was making a very similar sound at +80mph and I tracked it down to the air filter (for cabin air on the engine) on the driver side was not locked down. After re-securing it I've never hear the sound again. For the longest time I was convinced it was a windshield leak or something with the nose or brake ducts. Check that both filters are secured.

Nice. I never checked this and as said in a previous post on this one, mine went away and I never really identified the source. I had my JB4 in and out a couple of times and it's possible that these locks weren't secure...

Bought some tape weeks ago, but only placed some on the moon roof seals this past Thursday. On a 31 to 32-degree day, I did not get any noise while driving around 90 MPH (solely for testing purposes). I have had this noise appear as low as 80 MPH on hot days around the same temperature, but I don't know if the absence of sound was coincidental or I found the source on the first attempt. I plan on leaving the tape attached for several more days on this area to do more testing, but there will be some time before this occurs due to my rocking a pretty terrible cold. Where the weather seal comes back to meet itself, how big should that gap be? There is at least a 2-mm gap at that point, maybe 3 mm.
