Sorry if this was already discussed (I couldn't find searching).

Last week my SW was updated (My dealer didn't told me the version) when activating the AUX IN option.

Before this upgrade, when the car was started the idrive screen always displayed the main menu. Now it starts with the main menu, and after a few seconds, it changes to the last screen used (Entertaiment, Telephone, trip Computer...)

I recall people asking for this in some posts to avoid going thru all the selection steps to open nav screen...

Oh, that would be awesome! I'm getting my software updated this week. I can only hope and pray that the latest software update will do that for me too.

Jiio,

How is your CCC? Is it normal now or still acting on its own?

The CCC was kaput. I took it into the dealership yesterday and they told me I should have the car back sometime this week. So, I'm guessing I'll be getting a new CCC and the latest PROGMAN software.

'Guessing' is the beginning of a disaster.
