I had that too, after i complained that the sunroof was loud when closed until the shade was shut all the way. not sure which was worse, the thumb when closing, or the air rushing soundss when the cover wasn't shut.
the car is still @ the dealer, even after 3 weeks ... it should be getting taken care off ... should be!

I too had a noisy sun roof until the seals were replaced last week and now everything is fine

Pull the wind deflector down with your finger. It will slide down just enough to not touch the glass. It will save you the noise until you have it repaired.
