Style 167 wheels on your E60

I'm narrowing down my search for replacement wheels and tires for my535. The Dinan website says that the stock 124 wheels are appox 32lb, OUCH. That plus another 32lb for the RFT is a load. By my calculations the 167's (25lb) plus non runflats (26lb) saves 13lb per corner. Based on passed experience I think the difference will be felt by the driver in a good way.
Where are the best deals on these wheels? BMWWHEELS.COM?
I know a few of you are running (OEM) 167's on your cars. Can you confirm with proper sized tires that there is no rubbing and handling is at least as good as stock? Are you getting any steering or tire wear problems from the change in offset? Any advise would be appreciated.

no rubbing at all unless you use the tires off of an actual M6 with those wheels. no handling problems im sure. but you actually might wear through the tires more from enjoying driving it

The orginal M6 rim were produce in only one offset number which i can't remember .... it may be ET17 as you mentioned.
Again if you really want to have a "PERFECT" look you need spacer ......
The picture show here is with the 20mm spacer ....
