The only time I see an E60 with 166s is when I'm at a Socal Meet and greet . That's where I got the idea from anyway (VT ) Other than M5s I've never seen one in a non-M5 in my day-to-day driving. I see a lot of wheels with the lips in rice rockets and other euro tuners though.

It's personal preference and why would all these board members have them, cuz their fugly? They're beautiful!

No I did not do it for my 19" to 18"
only do alignment again if the steering wheel shakes after changing wheels

166:
Upside:
- Awesome look
- Easy to clean as long as you have a wheel brush

Downside:
- Common look
- Hard to clean w/o wheel brush
- Prone to curb rash easily. Maybe I should blame my wife
- Heavy

I'd go for 167. Now I need to wait.

166s are nice, but does not stand out, especially if you are at a meet.
