Default Stutters at 1500-2000 RPM

Hey so I have an E61 2009 520D manual. And suddenly it’s stuttering around 1500-2000 rpm and light throttle. Doesn’t matter which gear your in, as long as it’s around those rpm.
if it’s a small hill it stutters more often. If you gear manually it’s all fine, when the stutter happens and you give it a bit more throttle the stutter stops and it changes gear immediately, if you release the throttle and and then hit the throttle it gears immediately.
I deleted all the faulty codes and the stutter stoped.
There what’s also a wirde electrical sound coming from the engine bay when the stuttering was active, that all sow disappeared when I deleted all the faulty codes.

so I’m thinking it’s an electrical issue, but what.

now a couple of days later it’s back. And I don’t know what I can be. But here are the faulty codes 9c54 AUC sensor

9c6c washer nozzle

9E60 heating driver

9CC5 NO message LIN

A559 instrument cluster power supply switch off

497C exhaust-gas pressure sensor befor turbocharger plausibility

49A6 LIN bus communication fault

452A DDE INFO PARTICULATE FITER SYSTEM

4A74 Lin/bsd preheating control unit missing

4A79 Lin/bsd preheating control unit missing

4CD0 charging pressure actuator

4B7F exhaust-gas pressure sensor before turbocharged signal

3EED DDE power management closed-circuit current violation

4C2F DDE: DDE control unit internal

4c2e DDE DDE control unit internal

4c29 DDE control unit internal

497d exhaust-gas pressure sensor before turbocharger plausible

appreciate all the awnsers!

Have your battery and alternator checked

You said it's a manual, but then "you give it a bit more throttle the stutter stops and it changes gear immediately, if you release the throttle and and then hit the throttle it gears immediately." Is it a manual transmission or automatic transmission? I have the same issue with my automatic transmission. But no error codes.

no, it’s an automatic but you can change gears manually as well and when you change them manually it works fine.
I can’t find an error code related to this

Was the battery coded and or programmed. All those codes seems like you have an electrical issue and I would start with testing the battery and alternator. Unless you have had all those codes for a while.

I agree it sounds like an electrical issue, didn’t have the battery or alternator coded. Honestly never new that was a thing.

I’ll check it out

So havnet checked the battery yet but I’m like 100% secretin it’s okey. But now the stutters has stoped again… Haven’t gotten around to deleting the codes yet, but we did reset the transmission. Might have done something

I've found this on mine when the EGR (or EGR pressure actuator) is playing up. Usually around that RPM, noticeable in 5th/6th at motorway speeds.

You can temporarily disconnect the vacuum line to the EGR valve and block it off to test. You will get an emissions warning that will need clearing.
