Hi everyone,
My 545i starts making some strange noise from under the hood it is the same sound as described in this video (haven't taken mine). The only difference is the noise is not continuously like in the video but about 3 seconds in very minute. Could anyone identify the possible problem?
Thank you very much!

Just to update:
I believe it's the A/C clutch went bad, because the noise goes away when I turn on the A/C. The bad thing is BMW seems only offer A/C compressor assembly and cost over $1000.
What will be the worst if I just ignore the noise, also can I keep the A/C engaging to prevent the problem getting worse?
Thanks in advance.
