I thought about the theft issue, even though my neighbor is retired FBI and he watches my house when im gone, I decided to park my car at friends house in his garage. Just in case it doesnt start when I get back, is it bad to jump start these cars due to all the electronics, should I just call BMW assist?
IMO call BMW Assist if it won't start but it most likely will start so just go on vacation and enjoy yourself Good luck
cheers

Look in the owner's manual index under "jump starting" -- there's no need for BMW Assist just for that...

You could bring your car to the dealer for service the day before you leave and then call them to say you're stuck somewhere in Greece and you'll be late to pick it up. This brings you free service to look after your baby and if she wouldn't fire up, you have all the expertise at hand.
