Steering Wheel Vibration when braking

Had Just Brakes, Brake Check and the Dealer tell me OEM BMW Rotors are not supposed to be turned but replaced with every service due to the material they are made from. I guess they are all just full of shit then? lol

Not really, I mean turning does take away from the rotor behavior but I seriously doubt any of us could feel the difference unless we were maybe tracking the car where the rotors were getting really hot. I'm sure at this point there would be some negative effects. For regular daily driving I'm turning mine once, then I'll replace.

I'm not 100% sure. I've heard yes and no. Maybe special equipment is needed, but not sure.

Very possible. There is a minimum number that is stamped on the rotor and they are not allow to go below this. Every time I've had a rotor turned they always measure them before I leave. If the rotor thickness is below or will go below the minimum thickness number stamped on the rotor they will not turn them. I've never turned one more than twice. I've always assumed that two times would most likely bring it out of spec.
