Seriously doubt it, but post a pic of the back of the wheel just to make sure. Also theres always the how much are you willing to spend to make it work approach.

My Ride: BMW 535i 2010
Here's a few of the back side. If the size of the hole in the center is an exact fit, then it should be a problem. The only issue remaining would be the buttons on the wheel, and whether the connectors are an exact match.

I believe you choose off your year build.
09/05 and older use one kind and anything newer than 09/05
can use any wheel up to 2010. I have an 06' and used an M5 wheel
from 2010. Works Great!!! The driving experience is enhanced and the look/feel
is amazing compared to my original sport wheel.

I have an E60 2003 and was wondering if the LCI and Pre-LCI steering wheel rear sides are different.
And if so is the steering wheel in the picture from LCI or Pre-LCI?

They can but its takes some work/grinding. Look up steering wheel in the DIY section and you should find one by anzafin, where he made a later wheel fit his earlier car.
