I have the same problem. The technicians spent a lot of time to try fixing it with alignment but they couldn't. They are still looking for a solution... I keep you posted.
I paid about $160 for my 5-year program. I can take advantage of as many alignments as I wish. They also have the new machines which includes the specs for E60 with active steering. Another plus is that they have a drive-in flat ramp, so no worries about scratching my front bumper spoiler

My steering wheel is slightly off to the right. Just enough that if I take my eyes off the road for an instant, the car goes to the left. We must share incompetent techs!
