Steering Wheel Adjustment Help

I have an 07 530xi
No matter what I try, the steering wheel always goes back to a lower position than I have it set, when i shut off the engine. I have saved it to memory, raised it back up and then hit lock on the key, nothing works.
How the heck to i get the wheel from lowering each time I shut off the car? I just want it to stay where I have it set
