I started hearing this sound today on the way home from a trip. I have no idea what the heck it is but it really doesn't sound good. Any clue what it may be related to? Its when I rev at driving at lower speeds. Any help is appreciated.

*Its a little hard to hear* :/

Closely resembles a bad waterpump, possibly in the early stages of failing. I'm not sure though. Try to see if you can isolate where the noise is coming from, e.g. front of engine, under valve covers etc. etc. Good luck

bad water pump or idler pulley.
take the belt off and spin what you can to see where the noise comes from.

You guys are flipping awesome. It turns out it is the idiler pulley and water pump.
And also I'm getting some belts replaced, its gonna be around $500.
